Track and field has been a defining part of my life, starting with a breakout senior year in high school in the 800 meters. This success led to becoming an NCAA All-American and the 455th American to break the 4-minute mile. Along the way, I formed lasting bonds with my teammates, whose support was invaluable. Academically, I was honored with the Stephanie Waterman Medal, awarded to the outstanding scholar-athlete of the graduating class at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. My journey in track and field reflects resilience and passion, shaping me as both an athlete and a scholar.
